1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and xxph.con ("xxph.con," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the xxph.con website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on xxph.con, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use xxph.con.

2. Eligibility

To register and use xxph.con, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines and is strictly enforced by xxph.con.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of xxph.con, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from xxph.con or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.

xxph.con reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any winnings may be voided.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on xxph.con. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. xxph.con employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xxph.con login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. xxph.con will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact xxph.con support immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

xxph.con is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and any other documentation reasonably requested by xxph.con as part of the KYC process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xxph.con accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to supported banks are also accepted. xxph.con does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your xxph.con account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard interbank processing times. xxph.con is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and internal review. xxph.con aims to process approved withdrawals promptly. Withdrawals to GCash are typically processed within minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. xxph.con reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on xxph.con are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the Player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by xxph.con are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• xxph.con reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on xxph.con are governed by individual game rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

xxph.con uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studio facilities and are subject to the rules of the respective game as announced by the dealer.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, xxph.con reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the Player's account. xxph.con's decision on all game-related disputes is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xxph.con and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors are void.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the xxph.con Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xxph.con staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the xxph.con Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of xxph.con or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from xxph.con without prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data

xxph.con collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using xxph.con, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

xxph.con implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and xxph.con cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Responsible Gaming

xxph.con is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from xxph.con. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, xxph.con shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

xxph.con's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your xxph.con account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xxph.con does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Termination

xxph.con reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at xxph.con's sole discretion.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to xxph.con, subject to completion of KYC verification and internal review.

You may close your account at any time by contacting xxph.con support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments

xxph.con reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of xxph.con following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact xxph.con support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. xxph.con will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.
